“…The CV curves of the PPy700@SFO@CC electrode (Figure a) keep a similar shape at all scan rates, suggesting good reversibility. The redox peaks can be found, and the peak width increases with the scan rate, indicating an increase in surface contribution . The GCD curves in Figure b exhibit a symmetrical nontriangular feature, indicating that it is a pseudocapacitive reaction with good reversibility.…”

“…The redox peaks can be found, and the peak width increases with the scan rate, indicating an increase in surface contribution. 51 The GCD curves in Figure 6b exhibit a symmetrical nontriangular feature, indicating that it is a pseudocapacitive reaction with good reversibility. The specific capacitance is 421, 357, 298, 248, and 163 F g −1 at current densities of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 A g −1 , respectively.…”

“…To fabricate the ISPD (device schematic shown in figure 1(a)), we grew the amorphous LAO films on a KTO (111) substrate using the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) (see methods for more details). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra (figures S1(a) and (b)) at 834.4 and 838 eV attributed to La 3d 5/2, and peaks at 850.7 and 855.3 eV correspond to La 3d 3/2, while the peak at 73.5 eV corresponds to Al 2p of LAO, indicating the high purity of the deposited LAO films [24,25]. The x-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern (figure S1(c)) shows only one peak from the KTO substrate, confirming the amorphous nature of the LAO films.…”

“…Tyler Mefford et al proposed an oxygen-embedding mechanism to provide a theoretical basis for the energy storage of perovskite materials [17]. Subsequently, the researchers reported some perovskite oxide materials as electrode materials for supercapacitors, such as strontium-based materials [18][19][20], nickel-based materials [21,22], ceriumbased materials [23][24][25], and lanthanum-based materials [26][27][28][29][30]. Lanthanide perovskite oxides have attracted significant attention because they have a stable crystal structure, high thermal stability, fantastic electrical conductivity, low cost, and excellent thermal stability.…”
