Abstract: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is characterized by progressive and chronical kidney dysfunction. Although CKD can be categorized into various types based on pathogenesis, adriamycin (ADR) -induced nephrotic syndrome is considered to be a classical rat model of CKD.
