Abstract: Goreisan is often used for gastrointestinal symptoms associated with bacterial and viral infections, to care diarrhea and to prevent general dehydration. Although several clinical reports have shown the effectiveness of Goreisan, pharmacological properties and underlining mechanism of Goreisan has not been clear.
