Abstract: AbstractThe growth behaviour of carbon nanotubes on the Fe-deposited Si (001) substrates by thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) has been investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).
