This research addresses issues in understanding the human digestive system material at Cokroaminoto Elementary School Cluster, Blora district, due to ineffective teaching methods. It aims to assess the impact of the demonstration method on fifth-grade students' learning outcomes. The Quasi-Experimental design revealed a significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group across three schools, accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Conversely, the control groups did not show significant differences, accepting the null hypothesis (H0). In conclusion, implementing the demonstrative method positively impacts fifth-grade students' learning outcomes in the study of the digestive system.

This research aims to determine the improvement in students' learning outcomes through the application of the demonstration method in the subject of Islamic Religious Education, specifically the topic of Funeral Prayer (Shalat Jenazah), in class XI Science at Muhammadiyah 2 Wuluhan High School. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted from May 10, 2023, to May 25, 2023, in class XI Science at Muhammadiyah 2 Wuluhan High School. Data collection method was a test, and the instrument used was a student test sheet. Based on the research results obtained, student engagement increased during the implementation of the demonstration method. Specifically, the percentage of learning achievement in Cycle I was 77%, and in Cycle II, it increased to 85%. The conclusion drawn from this research is that teaching the demonstration method for the Funeral Prayer material showed that the application of the demonstration learning method led to an increase in students' learning outcomes, with a percentage increase in the pre-cycle, Cycle I, and Cycle II in each meeting, successfully meeting the completion criteria.

Effective communication management plays an important role in learning. This article discusses effective communication strategies for teachers in learning contexts. The four main components that need to be considered in implementing this strategy include: 1) systematic communication, which includes steps such as pre-communication, presenting information, and closing activities to ensure the message is conveyed well; 2) communication methods for learning, with an emphasis on conveying messages clearly and simply; 3) communication media, which considers the selection of appropriate media for learning purposes; and 4) efficient time management in the communication process. Understanding and implementing these strategies can help teachers increase learning effectiveness, ensure better understanding by students, and better achieve learning goals.
