Abstract: Coating quality and electroplating efficiency can be improved by application of ultrasonic agitation. The nickel coatings and electroplated diamond tools were fabricated. The effects of ultrasonic agitation on tool fabrication processes were analyzed. Cathode polarization curves and coating hardness were measured.
