Effect of two different nano-particles (GO-MoS2) and a new micro-sprayer model on power electronic module for thermal management

Abstract: In this work, we have studied the performance of the cooling system with the presence of graphene oxide (GO) and molybdenum sulfide (MoS2) nanoparticles to reduce heat stress, increase the final efficiency, and maintain the reliability of Diode and IGBT electronic module.
