Abstract: Background Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized pathologically by intracellular neurofibrillary tangles (NFT), extracellular amyloid β (Aβ) plaques, and neuroinflammation. Interleukin 10 (IL10) is an anti‐inflammatory cytokine released by immune and glial cells.
