Effect of Ionic Liquids on the Separation of Sucrose Crystals from a Natural Product Using Crystallization Techniques

Abstract: Abstract:The present work aims to investigate the applicability of ionic liquids (ILs) for natural ingredient crystallization. First, the medicinal plant, namely Angelica gigas Nakai, was extracted using methanol (MeOH) as a solvent.
