Abstract: abstract. The aim of this study was to measure the changes in stress, general health index and disorderliness in human energy pattern through Integrated Yoga Practices (IYP). Ninety four healthy volunteers (male 55 and female 39), age (mean ± sd 26.70 ±8.58) were assessed before and after four weeks of IYP. The experiment was conducted four times and the assessment was done by utilizing the Electro Photonic Imaging (EPI) technique. comparisons were made to ascertain whether energy homeostasis diverges based on… Show more

“…It may be attributed to the reduced fluctuation of emotions resulting in improved life force circulation and harmony in physical functions, promoting positive health. This research demonstrates that the practice of ethics of yoga improves physiological energy changes which are consistent with the previous findings (10,12,14) .…”

“…As per previous study (12) and considering alpha (0.05), power (0.95), effect size (0.84), the total sample size for each group was found to be 38 by using G*Power software. Calculating 25% (38+25%) attrition, the sample size was 47.5.…”

“…It is known that subtle energies get affected at much earlier stage before the physical manifestation of pathology and if the interrupting stimuli are removed, its correction also precedes a physiological correction. [131721] Probably, this is the reason that we did not observe any significant reduction in baseline subtle energy levels of the pancreas or other organs for both RF-EMF as well as sham exposure group. This may be due to the fact that subjects were not exposed to mobile phones for last 24 h before data collection and this might have brought favorable changes in their subtle energy values.…”

“…The EPI technique has been found to be effective in evaluating the state of individual human health, [11][12][13][14] and in the monitoring of individual reactions to different kinds of training. [11][12][13][14][15][16][17] Measurement of heart rate variability (HRV) by the rhythmogram was performed at rest using the "Neurosoft" device when analyzing 5-minute records of heart rate variability. In interpreting the data, the standards for evaluating HRV developed by the European Heart Society and the North American Society of Electrophysiology 18,19 has been used.…”
