Effect of Germination on Vitamin C Content and Amylolytic Activity of Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd)

Abstract: Aims: To study the parameters for recording speed of germination, vitamin C and amylolytic changes in quinoa over a period of 72 h.
