“…The decrease in mass loss for SH-PEG-DPA functionalized substrates when compared to non-functionalized substrates under the high particle concentration and high field condition nominally supports the previously discussed qualitative observations of increased film stability in the cleaved, functionalized substrates (Figure 5B).
