Effect of Adding of V and Co Atoms on the Spin Glass Transition Temperature of Fe_0.7-xM_xAl_0.30Alloys

Abstract

Som e of these system s were found to underg o a para m agneti c (P M) to ferro m agneti c ( FM) tra nsi ti on then fol l owed by tra nsiti on i nto a spin gl ass sta te as the tem perature i s l owered where we refer to thi s tem p erature as freezing tem p erature . Thi s re-entra nt sequence o f tra nsi ti ons wa s found in crysta l l i ne [3,4], amorpho us [5,6] and i oni c crysta l s [7]. Ê (4 71)
