Abstract: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES:Pipecuronium is a non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocker with similar properties to pancuronium, but without cardiovascular effects. Neuromuscular effects, conditions of tracheal intubation, and hemodynamic repercussions of two different doses of pipecuronium were evaluated.
