Abstract: RESUMOObjetivo: verificar os efeitos de 30 sessões de mat Pilates sobre a flexibilidade da cadeia posterior, flexibilidade dos membros inferiores e superiores, força dos membros inferiores e a qualidade de vida em mulheres idosas.
