Eco‐friendly recycled glass fiber and bamboo fiber reinforced epoxy‐SiO2 polymer hybrid composite: Development and mechanical characterization

Abstract: In the pursuit of sustainable and high‐performance materials, this study presents a groundbreaking approach to enhance the mechanical properties of glass fiber‐reinforced polymer composites. Railway waste provides an unexpected source of recycled glass fibers (RGFs), which, when combined with bamboo fibers (BFs) and nano SiO2 in a resilient epoxy matrix, unleashes a transformative synergy.
