Echographische Befunde bei Cyclitis annularis pseudotumorosa und Ringmelanom des Ziliarkörpers

Abstract: Ring melanomas can closely simulate annular choroidal detachments ophthalmoscopically. In A-scan sonography the malignant melanoma of the ciliary body is characterized by low to medium reflectivity, whereas annular choroidal detachment manifests no internal reflectivity.
