“…Although univariate regression analysis showed only a near-significant association between rhEPO administration and AOP (p = 0.061), multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed a significant relationship between rhEPO therapy and moderate AOP (OR: 0.36, 95% CI, 0.15-0.89), the most common AOP stage found in this study.
