Abstract: Eventration of diaphragm is usually asymptomatic, but can present with symptoms ranging from mild dyspnea to a life-threatening emergency. We report a case of eventration of diaphragm diagnosed during pregnancy and managed conservatively with a favorable feto-maternal outcome.
