Abstract: Dimer structure and liquid structure of fatty acids in their binary mixtures such as decanoic acid (DA)/octadecanoic acid (SA) and DA/dodecanoic acid (LA) were studied through the measurements of self-diffusion coefficient (D), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), density and viscosity.
