“…The sample was injected with a P. C. Inc. injection module with a 10 mL sample injection loop. The solvent system used was n-BuOH:AcOH:H2O (4:1:5, v/v/v) as previously reported (11). It was thoroughly equilibrated overnight in a separation funnel at room temperature, and the two phases were separated and degassed, by sonication, shortly before use.…”
