Dome-Splitting Technique in Rhinoplasty With Overlay of Lateral Crura

Abstract: \s=b\While the majority of nasal tips respond to the more conventional and conservative surgical approaches, there are those patients who require a more radical approach. The prerequisites for the ideal nasal tip are outlined. The indications for the proposed technique are enumerated and the dome-splitting overlapping technique is described. Exaggerated anticipatory anxiety is common in social anxiety disorder (SAD). Neuroimaging studies have revealed altered neural activity in response to social stimuli in SAD, but fewer studies have examined neural activity during anticipation of feared social stimuli in SAD.
