Does psychotherapy improve alexithymia? A comparison study among patients with mild or moderate depression

Abstract: Background: Alexithymia is reported to be a risk factor for depression. Psychotherapy is efficient for treatment of depression. Yet, the effect of psychotherapies on alexithymia is poorly understood.
