Purpose: This study examines the impact of the COVID-19 health crisis on the behavior of actors and legislation on the Moroccan stock market. Research Methodology: This study uses the collection and exploitation of data from key institutional reports and legal data limited to certain laws and regulations (excluding relevant case law and doctrine) attesting to the orientations of capital market authorities following the declaration of a state of health emergency. Results: The analysis revealed that the measures taken by the government, central bank, and AMMC helped curb the capital market and provide investors with the tools they need to strengthen the resilience of Morocco's capital market. Limitations: The first concerns the difficulty of analyzing the long-term effects of a health crisis. The second limitation concerns the existing models, theories, and methodological limitations. Contribution: This documentary study synthesizes the psychic reactions and behaviors of Moroccan stock exchange market actors in times of crisis. In addition, it enables researchers to better understand the legal interventions taken to regulate and redirect behaviors influenced by the pandemic in the Moroccan capital market.

Purpose: This study conducts a comparative study of various options pricing models and introduces a new model. Research methodology: This paper reviews eight option pricing models, including the Black-Scholes-Merton model (BSM), Monte Carlo simulation (MC), Heston, GARCH, Lattice, Jump Diffusion models (JDM), Normal Inverse Gaussian-Cox-Ingersoll-Ross Model, and a novel model called Black-Scholes-Artificial Neural Network (BSANN). The objective is to predict the European call and put options using a payoff calculation. The underlying asset is Khodro, a famous automobile producer company in Iran, for the last year. The daily prices were also used as historical data. The primary software used for the calculations and plots was MATLAB. An Excel option pricing toolbox was used to obtain more accurate and improved results. Results: Based on the results, it can be concluded that the proposed model, BS-ANN, provides the most accurate estimation with the lowest standard deviation. Limitations: There are several limitations to be considered when choosing an underlying asset. An important factor is the availability of sufficient data on the number of shared transactions. Another limitation of this study is the absence of trading halts. Additionally, caution is crucial when selecting an appropriate number of estimated parameters. Contribution: By utilizing the presented model, researchers, individuals, investors, and stock market analysts interested in trading can enhance their estimations. Novelty: The most significant novelty of this study is the presentation of a hybrid model incorporating unique features.

This study aims to examine the perspectives of various stakeholders, such as students and educators, on the use of artificial intelligence in teaching mathematics, specifically after the launch of ChatGPT. The study adopts a qualitative case study approach consisting of two stages: content analysis of interviews and investigation of user experience. The first stage of the study shows that ChatGPT is recognized for its improved math capabilities and ability to increase educational success by providing users with basic knowledge of mathematics and various topics. ChatGPT can offer comprehensive instruction and assistance in the study of geometry, and the public discourse on social media is generally positive, with enthusiasm for the use of ChatGPT in teaching mathematics and educational settings. However, there are also voices that approach using ChatGPT in educational settings with caution. In the second stage of the study, the investigation of user experiences through three educational scenarios revealed various issues. ChatGPT lacks a deep understanding of geometry and cannot effectively correct misconceptions. The accuracy and effectiveness of ChatGPT solutions may depend on the complexity of the equation, input data, and the instructions given to ChatGPT. ChatGPT is expected to become more efficient in resolving increasingly complex mathematical problems. The results of this investigation propose a number of avenues for research that ought to be explored in order to guarantee the secure and conscientious integration of chatbots, especially ChatGPT, into mathematics education and learning.
