Does CSR Enhance the Transfer of Environmental Practices to Overseas Subsidiaries ?

Abstract: Corporate social responsibility (CSR) requires firms to contribute to the reduction of environmental burden. In this paper, we analyze the relationship between the CSR assessment of firms and the international transfer of environmental management.
