Abstract:Transfusion-associated graft-versus-host disease (TA-GVHD) is a rare and usually fatal syndrome. Clinical manifestations are fever, maculopapular skin rash, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hepatitis and pancytopenia owing to bone marrow hypoplasia.
