“…According to the new text, the practical-professional training axis "aims at the integration between practice and the theoretical contents developed in the other formative perspectives, especially in activities related to legal practice and TC [Bachelor's dissertation], besides covering studies related to digital literacy, remote practices mediated by information and communication technologies." 46 In addition to this act, there is a legal framework supporting the idea that legal education should include digital literacy and digital technologies.
