They presented a 49-year-old man with 300-500 papulous elements distributed more or less regularly over the body, except for the trunk and the head.Miller [10] showed a 61-ycar-old woman with an eruption of granu loma annulare on the inner aspects of the thighs, which gradually progressed and involved the upper extremities.A 26-year-old w hite man, recorded by Mandell [7] as a disseminated granuloma annulare, had a " generalized" symmetrical eruption which involved the buttocks, shoulders, lateral aspects of the lower extrem i ties, the abdomen, and the volar aspects of the forearms.In 1959, Frenken [4] described a generalized eruption of thousands of papules in a 54-year-old woman. Only the head, the feet and the palms of the hands wrere free.…”
