Abstract:The main barrier in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation is the risk of developing graft-versus-host disease. This can be prevented by the injection of CD8 T cells targeted to leukemia associated antigens (LAAs) or minor histocompatibility antigens (MiHAs).
