Abstract: Methanol dehydrogenase (MDH) enzyme was purified from Bradyrhizobium japonicum USDA110 cell-free extract. The bacteria were grown in a culture medium with direct 0.5% methanol addition aimed to stimulates the MDH catalytic enzyme activation.
