Direct deposition of graphene nanowalls on ceramic powders for the fabrication of a ceramic matrix composite*

Abstract: Uniform mixing of ceramic powder and graphene is of great importance for producing ceramic matrix composite. In this study, graphene nanowalls (GNWs) are directly deposited on the surface of Al2O3 and Si3N4 powders using chemical vapor deposition system to realize the uniform mixing.
