Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) is superior to duplex ultrasound in diagnosis of extracranial carotid stenosis - a comparative study

Abstract: Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) is the gold standard investigation to assess the extracranial stenosis of carotid vessels. But this is an invasive diagnostic tool.
