Differential effects of PTH (1-34), PTHrP (1-36) and abaloparatide on the murine osteoblast transcriptome

Abstract: Osteoporosis is a prevalent disease with substantial morbidity/mortality among the aging population. Due to gaps in knowledge, current therapeutics are limited in their ability to prevent degeneration of bone while also stimulating formation of new bone.
