“…After adsorption, it inhibited the enrichment of Cd in field vegetable crops. The microbial inhibition of cadmium accumulation in cereals was reported by Lou et al [52]. This result indicated that 11830 is suitable for the biosorption of Cd in soil under conditions of high concentrations, and this adsorbent can inhibit the bioaccumulation of hyper-enriched plants, which has great potential in the bioremediation of cadmium-contaminated soil.…”

“…Cd content measurement: One week after Cd treatment, samples of different tissue types (roots, stems, leaves, and seeds) from WT and StWRKY6-OE plants were collected to measure their Cd content. To determine the Cd content in various tissues of Arabidopsis, we used an HNO 3 -Automatic Graphite Digestion Apparatus-Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES-7000, Thermo Fisher Scientific, New York, USA), following the method described by Lou et al [ 33 ]. As a quality control measure, we used a standard material (GBW10045a) alongside the plant samples.…”
