Dietary polyphenolic phytochemicals—promising cancer chemopreventive agents in humans? A review of their clinical properties

Abstract: Epidemiological and preclinical evidence suggests that polyphenolic phytochemicals exemplified by epigallocatechin gallate from tea, curcumin from curry and soya isoflavones possess cancer chemopreventive properties.
