Abstract: retina, in some 15-20 % of c a s e s I have observed by ultrasound a low detachment of the choroid.Optical examination of the posterior p a r t of the vitreous body i s clearly m o r e difficult than that of the a n t e r i o r , due in great p a r t to the fact that the reflexes from the optic fundus weaken the c o n t r a s t s .
