Abstract:Development of Novel Small Chemical Inhibitors for Lck SH Domain with in vitro T-Cell Inhibitory Activity. -The in vitro T-cell inhibitory activity for Lck SH domain of 8 compounds of type (I) and (II) is investigated. On the basis of their binding affinity for Lck SH2 domain, stability against enzyme in buffer solution, log P, and T-cell inhibitory activity, it is concluded that compounds (II) might be new lead compounds. -(PARK, S.-H.; KANG, M.-A.; SHIM, H.-S.; CHO, H.; WON, J.; LEE*, K.-H.; Bull.
