Abstract:A novel analytical technique and validation study were developed to determine the concentration of ximenynic acid (XMA) in semisolid dosage formulations (SDF) such as cream, gel, lotion, etc. The procedure makes use of reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
