Abstract: A simple, precise and rapid reverse phase HPLC-PDA method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous analysis of hydroquinone (HYQ), dexamethasone (DEX), triamcinolone acetonide (TSA), hydrocortisone acetate (HYA), betamethasone valerate (BEV) and retinoic acid (REA) in the cream dosage form.
