Determination of the measure of deformation of alluvial channels

Abstract: The number of floods per year for the investigated channel with a drainage area of 0.3 km 2 during the period from 1972 to 1983 varied from 7 to 44 (Fig. 2). The thickness of the moistened loam crust reached i0 mm, and the calculated depth of erosion of the channel during the i0 years was 0.67 m.
