Abstract:Solid substrate room-temperature phosphorimetry (SS-RTP) is widely known as a sensitive and simple analytical technique for determination of trace amounts of organic compounds. Among the utilizable substrate materials, filter paper is the most commonly used. Filter paper does, however, have some drawbacks; e.g., it has considerable background emissions, the removal of which requires labor-intensive treatment, and continuous dry gas flow through the sample compartment of the spectrophotometer is necessary durin… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
