Abstract:The quantitative detection of the radiation‐sterilized Salmonella typhimurium in a pure culture and ground beef, pork and chicken meat model system was evaluated using a visual immunoprecipitate (VIP) assay kit and an enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method.
