Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans Arising From a Keloid-like Benign Sclerotic Plaque

Abstract: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is an intermediate-grade tumor originating from the dermal fibroblasts. It's a locally invasive tumor with a potential of distant site metastasis. It usually forms after a long plaque which can be in an atrophic or a kleoid-like sclerotic character. The lesion very rarely settles in the breast.
