“…According to Kumar et al, body weight decreased occurred after the STZ treatment due to dehydration and catabolism of protein and fats. 22 , 23 Adropinin treatment considerably increased body weight, suggesting a reduction of dehydration and catabolism of protein and fats. Adropinin exhibited remarkable augmented body weight probably due to its potential effect in maintaining the wasting of muscle ie, gluconeogenesis’s reversal and reduction of kidney weight.STZ induced DN rats showed enhanced kidney weight compared to without treated and other group rats.…”

“…An increase in the free radical in the serum increases the utilization of SOD and CAT. Enhanced oxidative stress also increased the burden of utilization of endogenous antioxidant due to the formation of a large amount of production of free radicals (Kumar et al., 2018; Pandey et al., 2018). The increased production of free radicals brings critical modification to the different transcription factors such as NF-kB and Nrf-2 that lead to the sequential reaction resultant in the reduction of various cellular antioxidant enzymes.…”

“…The cultured bmMSCs were also seeded at 1 × 10 6 cells per well into 96-well plates in the flow cytometric assay [ 41 ]. They were washed twice with cold PBS, and cells were resuspended in 1 × Binding buffer at a concentration of 1 × 10 6 cells/mL.…”
