Decoding CRISPR–Cas9 PAM recognition with UniDesign

Abstract: The critical first step in CRISPR-Cas mediated gene editing is recognizing a preferred protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) on target DNAs by the protein's PAM-interacting amino acids (PIAAs).
