Abstract: Resumen: El objetivo de este trabajo consistió en reconstruir la gramática culinaria de las cocinas familiares de Villa La Tela, Córdoba, Argentina. Se realizó una investigación cualitativa desde una matriz de lectura materialista e interpretativista.
