Abstract:In this study synephrine extracted from C. sinesins peels. Detected by TLC, HPLC and biosynthesized gold nanoparticles from it, then characterization of synthesize of gold nanoparticles (AuNps) by UV-visible spectroscopy Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), which confirm presence of AuNps in diameter size range to (9-31) nm and determined their toxicity assay on lymphoid human cell in 24, 48 and 72 hours.
