Cysteine‐Based Perfluorinated Derivatives: A Theoretical and Experimental Study**

Abstract: Cysteine-based perfluoroaromatic (hexafluorobenzene (HFB) and decafluorobiphenyl (DFBP)) were synthesized and established as a chemoselective and available core to construct molecular systems ranging from small molecules to biomolecules with interesting properties.
