A Case of Bullous Reticulosis

Three months before his death, a man with a chronic respiratory disease developed a skin condition characterized by bullae on infiltrated lesions. Histologically, there were signs of mycosis fungoides. The fever responded to cytostatic drugs but not to antibiotic drugs. During antibiotic and cytostatic therapy, the patient died of sepsis. At autopsy, no signs of reticulosis were found in the internal organs or lymph glands.
