“…Extra-medullary plasmacytomas are rare (Bluefarb, 1955;Wuepper & Mackenzie, 1969;La Perriere, Wolf & Gellin, 1973) and the occurrence of primary cutaneous plasmacytomas is even more uncommon (Mikhail, Spindler & Kelly, 1970;Stankler & Davidson, 1974). These tumours are not yet included in the Kiel classification of lymphomas (Lennert et al, 1975;Burg & Braun-Falco, 1977) and occur, as in our patient, without skeletal changes, abnormal plasma proteins or Bence-Jones proteins in the urine.…”
